Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Shipping dates vary with each release. In-stock items will almost always ship out within 24 to 48 hours. Pre-order items have various shipping times denoted on their respective product page. See Help > Pre-Orders for more information.

Q: I have a question about my order. How do I contact you?

A: You can contact us here. Please be sure to include relevant information (name, order number, link to product you have a question about, etc.)

Q: How do I know if my order went through?

A: After you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us. If you do not receive a notification, contact us here.

Q: My product arrived damaged! Can I get a replacement?

A: Getting a damaged record is a huge bummer, we totally understand. Every product is inspected before it is packed and we guarantee that every record is in 100% perfect condition when it leaves our office. We are not responsible for damages that occur while your package is in transit. That being said, depending on the severity of the damage, we will try to accommodate replacement requests provided with photos of the damages. Please contact us through the contact form and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Q: Do you sell to shops directly? How do I place a wholesale order?

A: We have done this in the past and will entertain this on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss.
